Con motivo de la feria imm cologne y Living Interiors (del 16 al 22 de enero 2012);, Unex en colaboración con Koelnmesse presenta el espacio Living Contract, que se enmarca en el área Living Interiors, especialmente orientada al colectivo prescriptor.

Living Contract surge como evolución del proyecto Contract Business Seminar que en la edición de 2011 tuvo un gran resultado reuniendo a destacados prescriptores de Europa y países emergentes, principalmente Latinoamérica y Europa del Este.

Living Contract está estructurado en base a tres contenidos principales:
 
1.      Exposición de productos con innovación específica para el canal Contract.

2.      Espacio para compartir información sobre aspectos clave de mercados, conocimiento y experiencias sobre las mejores prácticas en el canal Contract.

3.      Espacio relacional y de encuentros de negocio que potencia la vinculación y cooperación entre la prescripción y la industria.

Living Contract es un espacio de innovación basado en la cooperación entre las diferentes empresas y profesionales que participan en un proyecto contract: diseñadores e interioristas, y empresas fabricantes de productos.

Por otra parte, el mencionado espacio tiene vocación internacional, hacia mercados emergentes de Latinoamérica y Europa del Este principalmente.
