Èggo Kitchen & House abrirá una nueva tienda en Córdoba

La enseña belga de tiendas de muebles de cocina Èggo Kitchen & House prepara la apertura de un nuevo establecimiento en el parque comercial Los Patios de Azahara, en la capital cordobesa.

En este sentido, el nuevo punto de venta de Èggo Kitchen & House en la ciudad andaluza se trata de un local de 515 metros cuadrados que responde al modelo de tienda de la firma. Así, el espacio adecuado a esta superficie sigue un estilo urbano e industrial, que combina el diseño con la practicidad.

Se trata de la primera tienda Èggo Kitchen & House en Córdoba y la segunda en Andalucía después de haber inaugurado el pasado mes de noviembre otra en Almería.

El parque comercial Los Patios de Azahara, que está a punto de completar la comercialización de su espacio, dispone de 10.266 metros cuadrados de superficie bruta alquilable.

Las obras del nuevo parque comercial ya están a punto de concluir y ha comenzado la entrega de primeros locales. Esta nueva superficie comercial cuya inauguración está prevista para el próximo verano, ha su puesto una inversión de entre 25 y 30 millones de euros.

Así, el centro comercial, además de la mencionada marca comercializadora de cocinas incluirá establecimientos comerciales de pequeñas y medianas superficies como MediaMarkt, Jysk, MaxColchón, Oteros, Kiwoko o la empresa Sakito Home, especializada en equipamiento y decoración del hogar.
