La plantilla de Edesa Industrial espera hoy un plan de viabilidad alternativo

El comité de empresa de Edesa Industrial (la antigua Fagor Electrodomésticos) mantendrá hoy una reunión con la dirección de la compañía, de cara a sentar las bases de un nuevo plan de viabilidad menos agresivo que el propuesto inicialmente.

05.09.2017 Según el Diario Vasco, la cita entre los representantes de los 350 trabajadores y de la empresa está prevista en las instalaciones de la fábrica de Garagartza, y los sindicalistas confían en que CNA ponga sobre la mesa un plan industrial y social menos agresivo que el propuesto.

Mientras se lleva a cabo la reunión, los trabajadores se reunirán en el exterior de la fábrica, y entre ellos vive la esperanza que Fagor-CNA Group planteará una propuesta menos dura en términos de empleo y producción industrial, aunque son conscientes que la banca y el resto de los acreedores de Edesa Industrial y de la propia CNA representan un complicado escollo en la trayectoria de la antigua Fagor hacia el futuro.

El punto de partida que se desea mejorar, sobre todo, es la intención de la dirección de la compañía de fabricar en Euskadi sólo ollas a presión (Eskoriatza) y termos y calentadores (Basauri), con un 60% menos de plantilla.
