Edesa estudiará alternativas dentro de su Plan de Viabilidad

Tras el anuncio de la decisión del comité de empresa de Edesa Industrial de rechazar el Plan de Viabilidad, en la reunión de ayer se acordó que la empresa estudiará alternativas dentro de éste.

Ayer tuvo lugar lugar una nueva reunión entre la dirección de Edesa Industrial S.L. y el comité de trabajadores, en el marco del proceso de negociación que se está produciendo desde el pasado mes de julio. Durante el transcurso de la reunión, el comité de empresa informó a la dirección de la decisión adoptada durante la Asamblea de Trabajadores del lunes, en la que rechazaron el Plan de Viabilidad propuesto. Ante esta perspectiva, Edesa se plantea estuidar alternativas a su Plan de Viabilidad. La dirección y los trabajadores han acordado volver a reunirse la próxima semana.

La compañía, según se afirma en el comunicado de Edesa Industrial remitido a COCINA INTEGRAL, quiere insistir en su convencimiento de que existen opciones que hacen viable el mantenimiento de la actividad pero que, lógicamente, pasan por un esfuerzo de todas las partes. Edesa Industrial S.L, busca continuar con la actividad industrial en el País Vasco y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la marca, y así se le ha transmitido al comité de trabajadores.
