DIC estrena el Proyecto Papila

La feria DIC-Diseño Internacional de la Cocina, que se celebra del 21 al 26 de septiembre dentro de la feria-madre Ideas & Pasión, Feria Hábitat Valencia, estrenará en su primera edición el proyecto Papila.

Papila será un espacio dinámico y trasgresor que apostará por la cultura del diseño y los jóvenes diseñadores a través de dos proyectos: Food Design y la Cocina Nómada. Éstos tendrán lugar dentro de la feria DIC- Diseño Internacional de la Cocina, que presentará un club de marcas con firmas líderes nacionales y extranjeras relacionadas con el mundo de la cocina.

Food Design
Según señala Alberto Arza, coordinador del proyecto Papila, Food Design será una exposición en la que se mostrará ”una nueva disciplina de diseño en la que se toma la comida como un material a diseñar con un enfoque totalmente ajeno a la gastronomía tradicional". Cerca de 40 propuestas de jóvenes creadores y escuelas de diseño de toda España han sido seleccionadas para formar parte de este evento, "en el que se estudia la experiencia y la forma en la que se toman los alimentos para alterar y mejorar su ergonomía, funcionalidad, interactividad, comunicación…”, añade Arza.

La Cocina Nómada
La Cocina Nómada presentará la colaboración de dos destacados jóvenes diseñadores como Alicia Pellicer y Marcos Martínez (Ebualà) que, en colaboración con Cuindec, han indagado sobre la movilidad y la adaptabilidad de la cocina del futuro.

Cocina en Vivo
Por otra parte, DIC celebrará durante los días de feria el proyecto Cocina en Vivo, que será otro de los platos fuertes gracias a la colaboración de grandes figuras de la restauración, como Eva Arguiñano, que cocinará sus mejores platos durante el evento. Los mejores talentos de la Comunidad Valenciana como  Mª Carmen Vélez de La Sirena, Mª José San Román de Monastrell o José Luis Ten de Les Nits, también estarán presentes. Las empresas que participan en el proyecto puedan tendrán aquí su punto de encuentro.
