Dekton by Cosentino y el futuro de la arquitectura y la construcción

Grupo Cosentino ha promovido una jornada técnica sobre el futuro de la arquitectura y la construcción en Barcelona, con una ponencia sobre Dekton.

Organizado por Focus Piedra y desarrollada en la sede del FAD (Fomento de las Artes y del Diseño) de la Ciudad Condal, el encuentro congregó a profesionales de la arquitectura, la construcción y el interiorismo interesados en conocer la superficie ultracompacta Dekton como nueva envolvente para la arquitectura y el diseño. Los asistentes pudieron conocer también las aportaciones de los vehículos no tripulados (drones) en el futuro de la arquitectura.

La jornada contó con la bienvenida de Valérie Bergeron, arquitecta francesa y directora de la materialoteca Materfad, centro de materiales de Barcelona, que desarrolla una labor de investigación y vigilancia tecnológica en el campo de los nuevos materiales. Encargada de contextualizar el encuentro, Bergeron remarcó el papel de la investigación y la automatización en el sector de la arquitectura.

Por su parte, Javier Muñoz, director técnico de la Unidad de Negocio de Geomática y Construcción de la empresa barcelonesa Hemav, especializada en topografía y construcción, así como en inspección industrial, compartió con los asistentes las potenciales aplicaciones de los drones en la arquitectura, construcción y rehabilitación, explicando cómo mediante la ortofotografía es posible tomar imágenes de una fachada con calidad métrica para identificar patologías.

Por parte de la compañía Cosentino, participó en la jornada Vicente Martínez-Cosentino Ramos, gerente de Cosentino Barcelona Center, con la presentación Nuevas pieles y envolventes para el diseño y la arquitectura: Dekton by Cosentino. Martínez-Cosentino Ramos explicó cómo la revolucionaria superficie Dekton supone un antes y un después en el mundo de la arquitectura y el diseño. Fabricada con materias primas sofisticadas, utilizadas en la producción del vidrio, porcelánico y superficies de cuarzo, Dekton se convierte en un material con características únicas en el mercado y con posibilidades infinitas de aplicaciones como fachadas, encimeras, suelos y revestimientos, entre otros.

Debido al éxito cosechado, la jornada se celebrará de nuevo el próximo 20 de octubre en el Cosentino Valencia Center, y el 30 de noviembre en el Colegio de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Sevilla.
