La obra del director Pep Gatell, Degustación de Titus Andronicus, experimenta nuevos sentidos incorporando elementos gastronómicos de la mano del prestigioso restaurante Mugaritz y la firma De Dietrich.

La colaboración de De Dietrich en la nueva obra del director Pep Gatell supone un paso más en el compromiso de la firma por apoyar el arte y que mejor manera que en esta representación que fusiona de forma exitosa gastronomía y teatro.

Degustación de Titus Andronicus está basada en la obra de Shakespeare La lamentable tragedia de Tito Andronico, sobre la historia del emperador homónimo. La Fura dels Baus fusiona en esta obra clásica la tradición teatral con una puesta en escena moderna, trasgresora y muy vanguardista.

Pep Gatell se embarca en una aventura pionera en la escena teatral con la dirección gastronómica del prestigioso cocinero del Restaurante Mugaritz, Andoni Luis Aduriz que consigue que la tragedia se pueda saborear.

Dos cocineros interactúan con el drama de su trabajo en la cocina De Dietrich, creando ambientes gastronómicos para cada una de las escenas -un olor y un gusto para cada estado anímico que descubre la tragedia.
