La XI edición del Congreso Internacional del Sector del Mueble y el Hábitat y las VI Jornadas Técnicas de la Distribución se celebrarán en Valencia del 4 al 6 de noviembre, coincidiendo con la Feria Fimma-Maderalia.

Una vez más, AIDIMA organiza la XI Edición de COSMU, Congreso Internacional del Sector del Mueble y del Hábitat, que se celebrará en el Centro de Eventos de Feria Valencia los días 4, 5 y 6 de noviembre y centrará sus contenidos en la innovación estratégica como elemento clave para la transformación del modelo de negocio del sector. Además, en esta edición, COSMU incluirá las VI Jornadas Técnicas de Distribución del Mueble.

Estos dos congresos aportarán ideas y casos de empresa sobre la búsqueda de la ventaja competitiva sostenible a través de la estrategia orientada a la innovación, y serán el foro de encuentro e intercambio de conocimiento de gestión de los directivos más importantes del sector del mueble.

La agenda de contenidos resumida de este año es:

Día 4, tarde. El contexto económico y su impacto en la empresa

Día 5, mañana. Segmentación: Lifestyle, Mindstyle /Propuesta de valor y nuevos modelos de negocio.

Día 5, tarde. Innovación en los canales de distribución.
