Max Müller cesa como presidente del Consejo de Administración de Alno

Después de seis años como presidente del Consejo de Adminstración de Alno AG, Max Müller, dejó su puesto a finales de mayo. El director financiero (CFO), Christian Brenner, le sustituye.

El Consejo de Supervisión de Alno aceptó la renuncia en su última reunión y llegó a la decisión de otorgar el cargo a Christian Brenner, no sin antes agradecer a Müller sus logros en una fase crucial de la historia de la empresa, su proceso de reestructuración, en el que un hito clave fue la entrada de la empresa Tahoe Investors como accionista principal e inversor estratégico, el año pasado.

Tahoe ha demostrado la rapidez y consistencia con que las medidas necesarias para la  reestructuración del Grupo Alno pueden completarse, con resultados de éxito en la reducción de costes. Estoy convencido de que nuestra empresa está en el buen camino. Es por eso por lo que creo que es el momento adecuado para dejar el cargo, algo que he estado planeando durante mucho tiempo, explicó Max Müller, que cumpliraá 71 años en junio. Quiero agradecer los clientes del Grupo Alno, accionistas, socios comerciales y miembros del personal por su compromiso y confianza, y espero tener la oportunidad de seguir participando en Alno para proyectos especiales o simplemente como accionista.
