Concurso de acreedores en continuidad para la antigua Fagor

Edesa ha presentado esta mañana una solicitud de concurso de acreedores en continuidad para poder seguir negociando con los inversores y lograr una salida industrial para la compañía.

27.10.2017 Esta mañana, Edesa Industrial S.L. (heredera de Fagor Electrodomésticos) ha presentado en el juzgado de San Sebastián, una solicitud de concurso de acreedores con carácter de continuidad. La compañía ha tenido que tomar esta decisión debido a la finalización del plazo preconcursal, (se solicitó el preconcurso de acreedores el pasado 30 de junio, y vencía el próximo lunes).

Fagor Arrasate

Según un comunicado de la propia empresa, actualmente, Edesa Industrial S.L. está finalizando las negociaciones con inversores industriales que le permitirán la presentación de una propuesta anticipada del convenio de acreedores.

Dada la naturaleza de estas negociaciones, que incluyen acuerdos de confidencialidad, la compañía no está autorizada a desvelar la identidad de los inversores, ni los detalles de los posibles acuerdos, pero manifiesta su absoluta confianza en presentar las ofertas vinculantes que resuelvan definitivamente el futuro de la empresa.

La empresa se ha marcado como objetivo finalizar este proceso en un plazo máximo de tres meses, desde la aceptación de la solicitud del concurso al juzgado.
