Comienza la temporada de showcookings de Neolith en la zona Levante

Una vez más, Neolith y Víctor Rodrigo se unen para poner a prueba la alta resistencia de las encimeras de cocina Neolith, en tiendas Leroy Merlin seleccionadas.

Tras el éxito de los showcookings de Neolith hace unos meses en Madrid, la marca repite la experiencia gastronómica en la zona Levante, en esta ocasión junto con Stone Trade y Color Stone (distribuidores oficiales de Neolith en Castellón, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia y Albacete).

Cocina reformada con Neolith en Boca Raton

Será desde octubre a diciembre, cada viernes y sábado en la sección Cocinas de distintos puntos de venta Leroy Merlin, donde Víctor Rodrigo  (Concursante de Top Chef 2014 y propietario de Samsha) cocinará en directo para los clientes allí presentes. Además del espectáculo gastronómico, entre los asistentes se sortearán vales descuentos para asistir a Samsha y Guías Gastronómicas Neolith, en cada sesión.

Víctor Rodrigo (elegido Cocinero del Año en 2012, y candidato de la Comunidad Valenciana al Bocuse d’Or en 2015) elaborará sobre la encimera Neolith Calacatta, una de sus recetas más conocidas: El Bosque. Se trata de un plato elaborado sobre una base de cremoso de parmesano a la cual añade ingredientes como boletus, piedras de macadamia o guiso de seitán. Especias y texturas diversas completan esta escena tan bien lograda a todos los niveles.

Víctor Rodrigo reabrió el pasado mes de diciembre Samsha, el restaurante que abrió hace 10 años reconvertido ahora, en un espacio diferente y transgresor, donde prepara esta receta y dos escenarios más, directamente sobre Neolith, creando un escenario gastronómico gracias a la resistencia extrema de Neolith al rayado, a las manchas y y a las altas temperaturas.

El próximo viernes 28 de octubre en Leroy Merlin Castellón, desde las 17 hasta las 18:30, se celebrará el primer showcooking de la nueva temporada.
