Miramar, el restaurante del chef Paco Pérez con dos estrellas Michelin, ubicado en Llançà (Girona), cuenta con Neolith para su zona de pastelería.

14.04.2018 Plasmación de un sueño familiar que se caracteriza por su cocina contemporánea y de vanguardia, así es el restaurante Miramar, de Llançà (Girona), con dos estrellas Michelin. Paco Pérez, el chef y propietario, ha escogido Neolith para la zona de pastelería del lugar.

Distintas aplicaciones

Así, la arquitecta Anna Sabrià ha creado este espacio abierto, donde la piedra sinterizada se integra en distintas aplicaciones: el modelo Neo, en encimeras y estanterías, Nero Marquina, en el suelo, y el color Avorio, en las paredes e incluso los techos de esta bonita cocina con vistas al mar.

Neolith es una superficie muy higiénica, tiene mucha durabilidad, no se raya, das un golpe y no se rompe (…) Además tiene una gran diversidad y una amplia gama de tonalidades. Es un producto muy interesante para cocina, dicen desde el restaurante.
