Cambios en el Grupo Activa

La semana pasada se realizó la firma definitiva de la nueva reestructuración de Grupo Activa.

Durante la pasada semana se han producido nuevos cambios en el Grupo Activa, comenzando por la firma definitiva de la nueva reestructuración en la sociedad de Levante, quedando Unelco S.L. con sede en Massalavés (Valencia) transformada en la nueva sociedad Unelco Activa Mediterráneo S.L., que ha sido adquirida al 00% por DEAN, S.L. y Activa Distribució d’Electrodomèstics, S.L.

Así mismo, tras cumplirse 20 años de la constitución de la Sociedad Aproelsa, en la actualidad Activa Hogar, el pasado día 24 de enero se formalizó el nuevo Consejo de Administración de la compañía, pasando a ser presidente Anastasi Gallego, y manteniendo como consejeros a Manuel Vázquez (presidente hasta la fecha) y Santiago Lucas, e incorporando al mismo a Andrés Pérez y Roberto Pérez, este último en calidad de secretario.
