El pasado 1 de septiembre, Carlos Román Basols fue nombrado Director de Servicio Posventa de BSH Electrodomésticos España. Sustituye en el cargo a Jesús Fernández Tapias, que pasó a ser Director de RRHH del grupo en España.

Carlos Román cuenta con una experiencia laboral de 23 años en el grupo BSH, donde ha trabajado en las áreas de calidad y fabricación de la factoría zaragozana de Montañana.

Carlos Román se situará al frente de la dirección del Servicio Posventa de BSH Electrodomésticos España, que proporciona el soporte de servicio necesario para todos los productos de BSH a través de 395 centros especializados distribuidos en toda España.

Jesús Fernández Tapias, por su parte, en sus 22 años en la compañía, ha aportado mucho a la compañía como Director del Servicio Posventa en BSH Electrodomésticos España y como Director Internacional del Servicio Posventa de la central del grupo Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH en Munich (Alemania).

Tras su trayectoria internacional en la compañía, Jesús Fernández se hace cargo de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de BSH España, de acuerdo con la misión, visión y principios del grupo en cuanto a las políticas sociales, compensación y desarrollo, formación, planificación, selección e innovación.
