BSH inaugura una planta de frigoríficos en Rusia

BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte (BSH) ha inaugurado una fábrica en San Petersburgo que producirá anualmente unos 500.000 frigoríficos y congeladores para el mercado ruso y del Este de Europa.

La sociedad de riesgo compartido del grupo industrial Siemens y el fabricante de componentes automovilísticos Bosch ha invertido en esta fábrica 50 millones de euros.

Para BSH el mercado ruso es uno de los crece más rápido en Europa, por este motivo la compañía comenzará a construir en San Petersburgo una segunda factoría en la que se fabricarán lavadoras a partir de 2009, con una inversión de 40 millones de euros.

Según BSH, la compañía obtuvo en los países del Este de Europa en 2006 alrededor del 8% de su facturación total, un 17% más que el año anterior, y un tercio de este volumen de negocio se generó en Rusia.

En la planta recién inaugurada, que también cuenta con un centro propio de distribución, trabajarán 500 empleados, en tanto que la compañía prevé contratar a 450 personas para la fábrica de lavadoras.

BSH, que está presente en Rusia desde 1994, comercializa en este país las marcas de electrodomésticos Bosch, Siemens, Neff y Gaggenau, con las que tiene una cuota de mercado de alrededor del 10%.
