BSH Electrodomésticos amplía su colaboración con la UPM

Ambas entidades ratificaron el pasado 3 de febrero el convenio marco de colaboración que formaliza la relación iniciada en 2011. Con este acuerdo, BSH y la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) mantienen su cooperación.

Según el comunicado de BSH Electrodomésticos, mediante este acuerdo se regulan las distintas actuaciones que se realizarán a través de la ETSII y que se recogerán en convenios específicos.

En este primer intercambio de experiencias se desarrollarán diversos proyectos, que abarcan desde la transferencia de conocimiento técnico a corto plazo, el desarrollo tecnológico a medio plazo, hasta la investigación científica y tecnológica aplicada a los productos y procesos productivos de la compañía a largo plazo.

 

Acuerdo entre BSH y la UPM

Para el grupo de electrodomésticos supone un nuevo paso hacia la incorporación de ideas, conocimiento y recursos externos. Y ayudará a resolver un buen número de apartados técnicos, que van desde la solución de problemas concretos muy específicos de gran calado técnico, hasta la apertura de líneas de investigación aplicada de gran interés para la compañía, siempre en busca de propuestas innovadoras.

BSH Electrodomésticos España  contempla el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación como claves de futuro e intrínsecas a sus productos. Así, desde hace años ha ido tejiendo estrechas relaciones con distintas universidades del país. Todas estas actuaciones han revertido en una mayor competitividad de sus aparatos a nivel nacional e internacional. El volumen y calidad de los proyectos que se han llevado a cabo en este tiempo ayudan a asegurar la supervivencia de la empresa y a difundir los logros de nuestra comunidad científica.

Para la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales supone afianzar, más aún, los estrechos lazos entre la industria y la docencia, a través del conocimiento y el apoyo de una empresa como BSH Electrodomésticos España que contribuye a desarrollar y potenciar  la labor de investigación, y significa un paso más de formación y acercamiento a la realidad industrial.
