Bosch celebra su centenario en España

Unos 300 invitados asistieron en la tarde-noche del 23 de junio, al acto central de la celebración del Centenario de Bosch en España, celebrado en el Casino de Madrid. El evento contó con la presencia de la Ministra de Ciencia e Innovación, Cristina Garmendia.

Josef Evers, presidente del grupo Bosch para España y Portugal, dio la bienvenida a los invitados y se refirió a los 100 años transcurridos desde aquel primer acuerdo comercial entre Bosch y la empresa Xaudaró Hermanos, de Barcelona.

Prosiguió el acto con la intervención del Presidente del Consejo de Vigilancia del grupo Bosch, Hermann Scholl, quien recordó su etapa como responsable de Bosch en España, dentro de la Alta Gerencia internacional del grupo y mencionó algunos de los hitos de la compañía.

Retos para Bosch en el futuro
Franz Fehrenbach, presidente de la Alta Gerencia del grupo Bosch, tomó la palabra a continuación para hablar sobre el futuro de Bosch en España, que se ve expuesta de forma muy especial a la presión de los precios que llegan de los países emergentes. Otros países europeos, y en especial Alemania, se encuentran en una situación muy parecida.

También se refirió Franz Fehrenbach a la diversificación de las actividades del grupo Bosch en nuestro país. Comentó que se han propuesto el objetivo de equilibrar más el negocio del Grupo Bosch en todo el mundo: aprovechar cada oportunidad de crecimiento en el sector del automóvil, para crecer fuertemente en las otras dos áreas de negocio, que son Técnica Industrial y Bienes de Consumo y Domótica

Tras unas palabras de la Sra. Ministra de Ciencia e Innovación, Cristina Garmendia, en las que resaltó el claro posicionamiento estratégico de Bosch basado en la innovación, el desarrollo tecnológico y el importante estímulo que representa para las empresas locales la creación de innovaciones que facilitan la vida, concluyó animando a la dirección de Bosch a que siga considerando España como un enclave geostratégico para su desarrollo corporativo a nivel global.
