El público que participe en el concurso de recetas de Basque Culinary Center y Fagor podrá optar a un premio de 1.000 euros cada mes y a una placa de inducción Totalium.

Basque Culinary Center, la Facultad de Ciencias Gastronómicas de Mondragon Unibertsitatea, y Fagor Electrodomésticos han puesto en marcha un concurso de recetas dirigido a aficionados a la gastronomía, por un lado, y a futuros profesionales de Hostelería y Restauración, por otro. A través de un portal creado específicamente para esta acción, www.concursorecetasfagor.com, los interesados podrán subir sus mejores ideas culinarias y optar a distintos premios en función de la categoría de participación.

Por un lado, el concurso dirigido al público general estará activo desde febrero a noviembre de 2013 y cada mes se elegirá un ganador que recibirá un premio de 1.000 euros. Para participar es necesario darse de alta en la web del concurso, al que se puede acceder desde las páginas de Fagor y BCC, y subir las recetas que posteriormente serán publicadas en las páginas de Facebook. La presentación, la preparación o la elección de ingredientes saludables que promuevan una dieta equilibrada serán aspectos clave que se tendrán en cuenta por parte del jurado profesional, que seleccionará el ganador mensual entre las tres recetas más votadas por los seguidores de Facebook de Fagor y Basque Culinary Center.

Por otro lado, los alumnos de las Escuelas de Hostelería y Restauración de toda España podrán participar en el concurso desde febrero hasta mayo de 2013, y solo uno de ellos podrá acceder al premio a la mejor receta: una beca de estudios para el siguiente curso. Como en el caso anterior, los participantes, una vez se hayan dado de alta en la plataforma, podrán subir las propuestas culinarias que posteriormente serán compartidas en Facebook. Las seis recetas más votadas por los seguidores serán las finalistas y BCC será el responsable de elegir el ganador final.

Los aficionados que quieran participar podrán hacerlo con las temáticas bimestrales que se plantean en el concurso: en febrero y marzo se proponen recetas de entrantes; en abril y mayo, de carnes; en junio y julio, de pescados; en agosto y septiembre, de postres; y, finalmente, durante los meses de octubre y noviembre se presentarán recetas navideñas. Entre todos los participantes se sorteará una placa de inducción Totalium IF-9000S Fagor.

Además, por la compra de cualquier producto Fagor adquirido entre los meses de enero y noviembre de 2013, los participantes tendrán el doble de probabilidades de ganar el sorteo. En el registro de inscripción deberán adjuntar su factura de compra y aumentar así sus probabilidades de premio.
