Arema analiza la situación del sector

La Asociación Regional de Empresarios Arema y representantes de las centrales sindicales USO, UGT y CCOO celebraron el miércoles un encuentro para tratar la situación actual y diversos temas de interés para la mejora de las relaciones laborales en el sector de la madera y del mueble.

Todas las partes mostraron su preocupación por la desaparición de empresas y de puestos de trabajo y se mostraron dispuestas a hacer lo posible por mejorar el ámbito de las relaciones laborales en la empresa, como contribución a la mejora de la situación.

Se coincidió en el aumento significativo de la economía sumergida en el sector que esta agravando aun más la supervivencia de algunas empresas, haciendo además que los trabajadores lo hagan sin las debidas garantías de seguridad y protección de riesgos.  Por todo ello se ha decidido estudiar este problema en profundidad y pedir soluciones conjuntas a la Administración, para lo cual se ha convocado una reunión en los próximos días, donde se preparará el plan a seguir.

También se repasó la actualidad de la próxima negociación colectiva y como esa negociación debe servir para el desarrollo empresarial y de los trabajadores, participando todos en la solución de la situación.
