ANFEL explica que su inscripción tiene por objeto afianzar su compromiso y acreditar la integridad de su actuación respecto del cumplimiento de la normativa de competencia.

ANFEL (Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Electrodomésticos) ha solicitado su inclusión en el Registro de Grupos de Interés de la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC). Como consecuencia, la asociaciónse convierte en pionera en la implementación práctica de criterios y requisitos de aplicación en todas sus actuaciones, con el objetivo último de asegurar a sus asociados, a las autoridades y al sector en general, el estricto cumplimiento de la legislación en el ámbito de la competencia.

En este sentido, ANFEL destaca en un comunicado varios aspectos ya implementados, como la publicación de forma transparente, en su web de la Guía ANFEL de Cumplimiento de Normativa de Competencia; el desarrollo anual de jornadas formativas especializadas a los representantes de los asociados en los diferentes comités de trabajo; la colaboración y asesoramiento continuo con el Bufete Huerta y Solana, especializado en legislación de defensa de la competencia; y la presencia de un abogado externo especializado de dicha firma, en todas las reuniones de los órganos de gobierno de la asociación.
