La plataforma catalana de Activa Hogar, Activa Distribució, ha puesto en marcha la nueva sociedad ActivaDecor S.L., que con las marcas Decoractiva y Newconfort, operará en el canal de distribución del especialista en mueble de cocina.
Según declara Anastasi Gallego, presidente de Activa Distribució y Consejero Delegado de Activa Hogar, la decisión de crear la nueva sociedad surge tras un largo periodo de estudios, después de valorar el canal y su idiosincrasia, así como las posibilidades de futuro que ofrece.

Gallego añade que, a pesar de la buena situación de la sociedad Activa Distribució en Catalunya, la previsión de cambios en el sector de la distribución de electrodomésticos y el peso de los distintos canales que lo conforman, les ha llevado a planificar el futuro diversificando las estrategias de negocio.

ActivaDecor S.L. aglutinará las marcas Decoractiva y Newconfort, ambas dedicadas a la comercialización de mueble de cocina. La plataforma ha puesto a disposición de la nueva sociedad un equipo de trabajo con larga experiencia y gran capacidad e ilusión para desarrollar el proyecto.
