Josep Miarnau, nuevo presidente de Construmat

Josep Miarnau, vicepresidente y consejero delegado del Grupo COMSA, presidirá el comité organizador del Salón Internacional de la Construcción, Construmat, según ha acordado el Consejo de Administración de Fira de Barcelona.

El nuevo presidente de Construmat sustituye a Bruno Figueras, quien presidió el salón en las cuatro pasadas ediciones, periodo en el que experimentó una gran expansión y afianzó su liderazgo internacional. Figueras había acordado no renovar en el cargo con el fin de centrarse en sus actividades empresariales y profesionales.

Josep Miarnau Montserrat, ingeniero industrial, es vicepresidente y consejero delegado de uno de los principales grupos españoles de construcción y servicios, que cuenta con más de cien años de actividad, una plantilla de 4.500 personas en todo el mundo y un gran nivel de diversificación.

La próxima edición de Construmat celebrará su 30 aniversario en el recinto ferial de Gran Via del 20 al 25 de abril con la vocación de ser un dinamizador del sector, sobre todo en el actual contexto de dificultad económica.
