Balay, premio a la Difusión Gastronómica

El pasado martes, 21 de octubre, la Academia Aragonesa de Gastronomía entregó sus tradicionales Premios Anuales de Gastronomía. En el apartado Difusión Gastronómica, el galardonado fue Balay.

El presidente de la Academia, Ángel de Uña, afirmó tras entregar el premio a Cristina Espinosa, responsable de comunicación de la marca Balay, que la concesión del galardón se cimentaba en su labor de difusión del mundo de la gastronomía a través de diversas campañas de apoyo, como la participación en la Cocina del Agua, y de la aportación de productos tan innovadores como la inducción, el producto estrella fabricado en la planta de Montañana, en Zaragoza, centro de competencia de Inducción a nivel mundial.

Cristina Espinosa (la primera, empezando por la derecha), junto al resto de los premiados.

Igualmente, destacó la labor realizada por la Cátedra BSH Electrodomésticos en Innovación, fruto de la colaboración entre la Universidad de Zaragoza y BSH, que pretende fomentar la cultura innovadora entre los jóvenes estudiantes e investigadores y acercar las propuestas investigadoras de la Universidad al mundo de la empresa.

La concesión de este nuevo premio, supone el reconocimiento del mundo de la gastronomía aragonesa a Balay como marca fuertemente arraigada en la comarca y que contribuye a impulsar el mundo de la cocina y de la gastronomía aragonesa.
