Brandt realiza una inversión de 10 millones de euros en producción

El Grupo Brandt es líder en la fabricación de electrodomésticos en Francia. Una posición que buscan mantener invirtiendo 10 millones de euros en sus centros de producción. Infraestructuras situadas en Orléans y Vendôme, donde se fabrican productos de las marcas Brandt, Sauter y De Dietrich. Sus líneas de actuación pasan por: la venta al por mayor de pequeños electrodomésticos; la venta al por mayor de electrodomésticos de cocina y la fabricación de inducción y pirólisis premium.

En 2014, la empresa entró a formar parte del grupo argelino Cevital. Como viene haciendo, sigue apostando por las marcas fabricadas en Europa. Por este motivo, durante 2021 invertirán 10 millones de euros en sus centros de producción. Con este dinero, el grupo francés tiene previsto ampliar la plantilla de las mencionadas fábricas, pasando de los 750 a los 800 empleados.

El año pasado, los centros de Orléans y Vendôme registraron una producción de más de medio millón de piezas. Así como, la fabricación de 220.000 hornos y 260.000 placas de inducción. Cabe destacar que, además de estass, el Grupo Brandt tiene otras plantas en Aizenay y Lyon, Francia, y en Sétif, Argelia.

Tras un año en el que la facturación del grupo cayó un 20%. En gran medida, a causa del cierre de fábricas en Francia durante el primer confinamiento de 2020. Un parón que se alargó varias semanas. El Grupo Brandt afronta 2021 con una previsión que apunta a un aumento de los ingresos en un 30%. Unos resultados que, esperan, ver impulsados por la inyección de 10 millones de euros efectuada a los centros de producción. Por último, añadir que, el ejercicio pasado la facturación del Grupo se situó en torno a los 200 millones de euros.
