Ethica Group, una empresa  italiana de consultoría especializada en transacciones y operaciones financieras extraordinarias, a través de Ethica Global Investment; ha adquirido el 80% de Sil Fim. Este último se trata de un grupo italiano con sede en Marche, que está especializado en la producción de campanas extractoras.

Así lo ha avanzado el medio italiano Sole 24 Ore. Según la misma fuente, la operación habría sido financiada por algunos coinversores, incluido Riccardo Remedi (antes en Faber -Grupo Franke). De esta manera, Remedi se convertirá en el CEO de Sil Fim.

Sil Fim, fundada en 2009 por Walter Darini, que combina las actividades de Silc Spa (máquinas de planchado profesional) y Fim Srl (ampanas extractoras), factura unos 20 millones de euros y suministra a los principales fabricantes de cocinas italianos e internacionales.

Con el objetivo de una expansión industrial,  la empresa industrial italiana nació en el año 2009, fruto de la fusión entre Silc spa, empresa fundada en 1968 y hoy líder en el sector de las planchadoras industriales, y Fim srl, fundada en 1985 para producir campanas extractoras, revestimientos para nevera y complementos de decoración.
