Biesse Group wins Deloitte Best Managed Companies award for the third consecutive year

16.09.2020 Por tercer año consecutivo, Biesse Group se encuentra entre los ganadores del premio Deloitte Best Managed Companies. Esta iniciativa para apoyar y recompensar a las empresas italianas consideradas excelentes en términos de capacidad organizativa, estrategia y desempeño se encuentra va por su tercera edición.

Deloitte calificó a las empresas en estos galardones en base a seis pilares. Son: Estrategia, Habilidades e Innovación, Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, Compromiso y Cultura Corporativa, Gobernanza y Medición del Desempeño, e Internacionalización.

Felicitaciones a Biesse Group por este importante premio, dijo Ernesto Lanzillo, Private DCM Leader de Deloitte, y Andrea Restelli, socio de la firma y gerente de BMC. Las empresas premiadas en esta tercera edición han demostrado excelencia, gran capacidad y resistencia para hacer frente a la crisis provocada por la pandemia del Covid-19. Tardamos más de lo esperado en evaluar a los candidatos para permitirnos ver con mayor profundidad cómo habían manejado la emergencia. Por tanto, las cincuenta y nueve empresas mejor gestionadas de esta edición reflejan una Italia formada por la excelencia. Y, al aprovechar sus puntos fuertes y mediante una gestión cuidadosa, se está superando con éxito un período de incertidumbre sin precedentes.

Premio Deloitte Best Managed Companies

Hay 59 empresas reconocidas por Deloitte (BMC). Es decir, empresas que han recibido este premio como parte de la iniciativa Deloitte. La iniciativa cuenta con el apoyo de ALTIS Università Cattolica, ELITE (el programa del London Stock Exchange Group que apoya el desarrollo y crecimiento de empresas de alto potencial) y Confindustria.

Los ganadores fueron seleccionados, al final de un escrupuloso proceso de evaluación, por un jurado independiente de expertos del mundo institucional, académico y empresarial italiano. Por ejemplo, el profesor Lorenzo Ornaghi, presidente de honor de la Escuela de Graduados en Economía y Relaciones Internacionales (ASERI) y profesor universitario. También es ex rector de la Universidad Católica y ex ministro del gobierno italiano. Y Maurizio Costa, director de principales grupos italianos, con una consolidada experiencia empresarial. Por último, Francesca Brunori, directora del Área de Crédito y Finanzas de Confindustria.
