07.01.2020 La superficie ultracompacta Dekton by Cosentino patrocina el premio al Cocinero del Año en Europa en el Congreso Internacional Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020. Este año, el evento celebra su XVIII edición del 13 al 15 de enero en el Pabellón 14 de IFEMA-Feria de Madrid. De esta manera, ya son 13 las ediciones en las que Cosentino asiste como patrocinador y proveedor oficial de encimeras a esta reconocida cita mundial con la alta cocina. Y lo hace a través de sus marcas destinadas al diseño y a la arquitectura de interiores y exteriores, .

Niko Romito, Premio Cocinero del Año en Europa

Desde el año 2014,  el Premio Cocinero del Año es uno de los más prestigiosos galardones que durante estos días se entregan en Madrid Fusión. En 2020, la organización concederá el galardón al cocinero italiano Niko Romito, chef del restaurante Reale. El local está situado en la ciudad de Castel di Sangro Abruzzo (Italia).

Con tres estrellas Michelin, obtenidas en tan solo siete años, Niko Romito es conocido por ser el rey de lo esencial al apostar por una cocina pura y absoluta. En ella, lo fundamental y el equilibrio de sabores son la clave. Romito iba para arquitecto, pero su admiración por la trattoria de su familia acabó por convertirlo en uno de los mejores cocineros de Italia y del mundo. Actualmente, el establecimiento forma parte de la lista de los 100 mejores restaurantes del mundo.

Entrega de premios

El próximo 14 de enero a las 14.30, en el Auditorio 14.1 de Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión, tendrá lugar el acto de entrega del premio. Ésta correrá a cargo de Santiago Alfonso, vicepresidente de Marketing y Comunicación de Grupo Cosentino.

Un año más, el congreso cuenta en las cocinas de sus backstages con más de una decena de encimeras de Silestone y Dekton, en diferentes colores.
