Alvic Smart Home: mención al Mejor Proyecto en Casa Decor 2019

El pasado 5 de marzo se celebró en COAM la entrega de los VII Premios a la Decoración y el Interiorismo de Casa Decor Madrid 2019, donde se reconocieron los mejores proyectos de interioristas, decoradores y arquitectos de esta edición del evento de interiorismo más importante en España. Entre ellos, está Alvic Smart Home.

08.03.2019 Héctor Ruiz Velázquez, autor del Loft Alvic Smart Home – Espacio Grupo Alvic, fue galardonado con la primera mención del jurado al Mejor Proyecto. Zenit by Alvic, Syncron by Alvic y la última innovación de Alvic Luxe Plus, también, fueron capaces de dar vida a un un apartamento en 28 m2 en el que distintas alturas delimitaban cocina, salón con chimenea, dormitorio y baño. De esta manera, la integración del espacio y el juego de contrastes creados con los materiales de la firma han sido decisivos para otorgar el premio al arquitecto.

Por realizar un espacio integral, en tan sólo 28 m2, perfectamente bien desarrollado, donde se potencia la luz natural, la volumetría y horizontalidad de los elementos, y se saca el máximo partido a los materiales laminados, ahorrando obra y acabados. En conclusión, un magnífico ejercicio arquitectónico, que respeta la movilidad del individuo, multiplica la capacidad de almacenamiento y da una brillante solución a la escasez de metros, fue la conclusión del Jurado.

El Jurado y los Premios

Así, el Jurado de los Premios Casa Decor 2019 estuvo formado por el interiorista Diego Rodríguez; Soledad Hernández de la Rosa, presidenta del DIMAD (Asociación de Diseñadores de Madrid); Lucas Arraut, director de la revista Icon y IconDesign; Elena Sarabia, arquitecta y miembro de la Junta de Gobierno del COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid); Sonia Segura, directora de la revista Diplomática y, además, Patricia Bustos de la Torre, la interiorista y ganadora del Premio al Mejor Proyecto 2018.
