Presencia destacada de Espacio Cocina-SICI en la feria Gastrónoma

La próxima semana, se celebrará en Valencia el salón Gastrónoma, donde habrá una presencia promocional de la feria Espacio Cocina-SICI al objeto de atraer visitantes para su próxima edición en enero de 2019.

09.11.2018 Del 11 al 13 de noviembre, tendrá lugar en Feria Valencia, una nueva edición del certamen Gastrónoma, evento de la gastronomía de la Comunitat Valenciana que, en esta ocasión, será más profesional, más internacional y contará con una mayor implicación por parte de los cocineros.

En este sentido, por Gastrónoma pasarán este año cerca de 40 Estrellas Michelín, chefs de reputado prestigio entre los que figuran profesionales de la Comunidad Valenciana y de otras autonomías españolas, pero también referentes de la cocina de distintos puntos de Europa.

Con esta propuesta más profesional, el salón gastronómico busca fidelizar al profesional de los fogones, sin perder al público gourmet. Precisamente esta búsqueda de posicionamiento en el sector profesional es la que ha provocado que el certamen pase a celebrarse de domingo a martes, ya que con anterioridad se había celebrado de sábado a lunes.

Presencia de Espacio Cocina-SICI

Para aprovechar las sinergias que ofrece el amplio universo de la cocina y, especialmente, atraer la visita de cocineros y público gourmet, en Gastrónoma habrá lonas promocionales y se repartirán flyers de la próxima edición de Espacio Cocina-SICI, que tendrá lugar del 28 de enero al 1 de febrero de 2019.

Igualmente, Espacio Cocina-SICI 2019 tendrá una relevante presencia en un showcooking organizado conjuntamente por Neff y Antalia dentro de Gastrónoma.

Con este tipo de acciones se busca llegar directamente al particular, ya que la próxima edición de Espacio Cocina-SICI contará con un día de apertura al público, para el que se están preparando actividades especiales, tanto por parte de la organización de la feria como de las propias empresas expositoras en sus stands.

En Gastrónoma 2018 participarán más de 180 marcas expositoras (entre ellos fabricantes, distribuidores, firmas de maquinaria y equipamiento, artesanos, empresas de servicios, instituciones y medios de comunicación especializados) que ocuparán una superficie de 10.000 metros cuadrados.
