Nuevo CEO del Grupo Hansgrohe

A partir del próximo 1 de agosto de 2018, Hans Juergen Kalmbach se convertirá en el nuevo CEO del Grupo Hansgrohe. Asimismo, Reinhard Mayer ha sido nombrado vicepresidente. Kalmbach sucede a Thorsten Klapproth, quien deja el cargo después de haber llevado a la compañía a una exitosa expansión comercial.

04.07.2018 Thorsten Klapproth ha sido CEO del Grupo Hansgrohe durante los últimos cuatro años. Durante su mandato, la compañía ha crecido significativamente, prueba de ello es que en 2016 superó por primera vez en su historia los mil millones de euros en ingresos. Así pues, Klapproth ha llevado a cabo con éxito la transición a una organización controlada por procesos, que ha permitido a los miembros de la familia fundadora Hans Grohe retirarse de la parte operativa del negocio. Además, ha preparado al grupo para los desafíos de la digitalización y, al mismo tiempo, ha fortalecido considerablemente la capacidad competitiva global y la rentabilidad general. Bajo su liderazgo, se ha reforzado la identidad de marca de Axor y Hansgrohe y se ha virado hacia una estrategia de clientecentrismo. Con la fundación del Campus Hansgrohe, la universidad interna de la organización, Klapproth ha sentado las bases para fortalecer y desarrollar el talento dentro del Grupo.

Hans Juergen Kalmbach nació en la Selva Negra en el año 1974, concretamente en la ciudad alemana de Freudenstadt, cerca de la sede central del Grupo Hansgrohe en Schiltach. Actualmente es responsable de Ventas Internacionales y miembro del Comité Ejecutivo. Tras iniciar su carrera en el Grupo Hansgrohe en 1998, Hans Juergen Kalmbach ocupó varios puestos directivos en Alemania y en el extranjero. De 2010 a 2014, fue responsable de los negocios internacionales de Delta Faucet Company, filial del accionista mayoritario del Grupo Hansgrohe, Masco Corpo. Posteriormente, volvió a la sede central del Grupo Hansgrohe y asumió la responsabilidad de la división de Ventas del Norte y el Oeste de Europa. Además, también dirigió el desarrollo de negocios corporativos. Se hizo cargo de la división de Ventas de Asia-Pacífico en 2015 y de la División de Proyectos Globales. Kalmbach tiene un título en Administración de Empresas.

Junto con Kalmbach, el Comité Ejecutivo del Grupo Hansgrohe estará formado por Christophe Gourlan, Frank Schnatz, Frank Semling, Reinhard Mayer. Mayer asumirá responsabilidades adicionales a partir del 1 de agosto de 2018 en su nuevo cargo como vicepresidente del Comité Ejecutivo.
