Sebastián Acedo, director gerente de la Asociación de Mobiliario de Cocina (AMC), junto a Clara Bassols, Directora de la Fundación Bertelsmann, firmaron el pasado miércoles el documento de adhesión de AMC a la Alianza para la Formación Profesional Dual.

23.02.2018 La Alianza para la Formación Profesional Dual es una red estatal de empresas, instituciones y centros educativos que tiene como objetivo impulsar el modelo de Formación Profesional Dual en España. Nació en 2015 de la mano de la Fundación Bertelsmann, la Fundació Princesa de Girona, la CEOE y la Cámara de Comercio de España, y actualmente tiene alrededor de 750 miembros adheridos.

Para la Asociación de Mobiliario de Cocina la adhesión a la Alianza es un paso importante en la política de formación que realiza nuestra Asociación ya que estamos convencidos que, con la FP Dual, los jóvenes que se incorporan en el mundo laboral estarán mejor preparados para afrontar sus retos profesionales, al haber completado su formación teórica con la práctica adquirida en las empresas pertenecientes a AMC, incrementando sus posibilidades reales de inserción laboral.

Combatir el desempleo juvenil

En el acto, Sebastián Acedo, director gerente de AMC ha destacado que este acuerdo refuerza la importancia de la Formación Profesional Dual para combatir el desempleo juvenil y, además, incorporar a nuestras empresas asociadas perfiles muy necesarios para potenciar y desarrollar áreas clave de las mismas. Durante la firma. Sebastián Acedo ha agradecido la iniciativa de Fundación Bertelsmann para adaptar la oferta de formación profesional a las necesidades sociales, laborales y profesionales del tejido social y productivo en España.

Por su parte, Clara Bassols, directora de la Fundación Bertelsmann, ha afirmado que la implicación de las asociaciones es esencial en el desarrollo de la FP Dual en España ya que pueden ejercer de capas intermedias que ayuden a sus empresas a implantar el modelo. Desde la Alianza estamos dando apoyo al proyecto de implementación de la FP Dual en pymes a través de sectoriales que se ve hoy reforzado con la adhesión de la Asociación de Mobiliario de Cocina.
