CONFEMADERA se reúne con la Ministra de Vivienda

Los representantes del sector de la madera han trasladado a la Ministra los problemas coyunturales y estructurales que está atravesando el sector y los proyectos que CONFEMADERA está potenciando.

Representantes de CONFEMADERA se reunieron ayer, 28 de julio, con la Ministra de Vivienda, Beatriz Corredor y con la Directora de Arquitectura y Política de Vivienda, Anunciación Romero, con el objetivo de exponer la situación de dificultad económica que está atravesando el sector y fomentar el uso de la madera como material para la construcción.

Los representantes del sector, además de poner de manifiesto que el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) es una gran oportunidad para el sector, pidieron el apoyo del Ministerio de Vivienda en temas relacionados con la madera en construcción y rehabilitación. En ese sentido se solicitó la evaluación y reconocimiento de todos los documentos e investigaciones que está realizando la Confederación sobre elementos de madera para su aprobación como documentos técnicos reconocidos; la firma de un convenio para la realización de jornadas y actividades de difusión sobre marcado CE y CTE; el desarrollo de la certificación de la huella ecológica para la construcción; y el apoyo al proyecto Hotel escaparate a través del Plan Nacional de Rehabilitación de Hoteles.

El Secretario General de CONFEMADERA, Francesc de Paula Pons, mostró la necesidad de que se tenga en cuenta al sector en todo lo relativo a la rehabilitación, en concreto su consideración en el Plan Nacional de Reforma y Rehabilitación, la rebaja del IVA para este tipo de acciones al 7 % y el impulso de un plan renove para materiales de madera y mueble.

La Ministra de Vivienda mostró en todo momento su apoyo al sector y manifestó su interés por el proyecto de la certificación de la huella ecológica para la construcción y por todo lo relacionado con la eficiencia energética dentro del Plan Nacional de Reforma y Rehabilitación, para lo cual ha solicitado a la Confederación sus aportaciones.
