Los embajadores de AEG colaboran en un proyecto de cocina y moda

Juan Duyos, embajador de AEG y diseñador de moda, ha creado una camisa, un delantal y una faltriquera para el restaurante Dstage del otro embajador de AEG, Diego Guerrrero.

Ésta es la equipación del reconocido chef y de todo el equipo de Dstage, que cuenta con 1 estrella Michelin y 2 soles Repsol. Juan Duyos y Diego Guerrero son embajadores de la firma AEG. Ambos comparten la filosofía de la marca de ir siempre un paso por delante, innovando en su trabajo. Así decidieron que el diseño y la innovación fuera más allá de las cocinas del restaurante Dstage, equipadas por los electrodomésticos AEG, y que llegara al propio vestuario del chef y de todo su equipo formado por 20 profesionales.

Lo primero fue hacer una reunión juntos y ver sus necesidades. Diego me explicó que la colección tenía que ser muy lavable porque un cocinero lógicamente se mancha mucho. Por otro lado, me habló que necesitaba tener cerca sus instrumentos de cocina: sus pinzas, tijeras y espátula, así que pensé que sería perfecto hacer una faltriquera para que todo estuviera a mano. Y para finalizar, tenía que estar en línea con la decoración del Dstage en donde todo es muy artesano. Así que, huyendo de la chaquetilla típica de los cocineros, he diseñado una colección AEG formada por una camisa de lino blanco, un delantal gris industrial con detalles de cuero que se pueden montar y desmontar de sus herrajes para lavar y una faltriquera para los utensilios de cocina, explica Juan Duyos, creador de esta colección.

Estamos llevando la moda a la cocina uniendo dos mundos que ahora están en auge. Y el resultado es realmente innovador, tanto que estamos pensando en poder hacer más unidades para nuestros clientes, explica Norma Espinosa, responsable de comunicación de Electrolux España.
