Biesse compra la empresa de centros de mecanizado Uniteam

Biesse Group ha anunciado la adquisición del 100% de las acciones de Uniteam SpA.

Desde 1991, esta empresa veneciana, que pronto será parte de Biesse, se ha especializado en el diseño y fabricación de centros de mecanizado de múltiples ejes con control numérico para madera,  materiales avanzados y una variedad de otras aplicaciones especiales para automoción y creación de prototipos.

Esta unión representará una integración armónica de sinergias, de acuerdo con las direcciones de las dos empresas, y ambas se beneficiarán del acuerdo: Grupo Biesse se extenderá aún más su gama de productos, penetrando en el "nicho" todavía altamente estratégico de la carpintería de madera (vigas y fachadas estructurales), basándose en la experiencia de Uniteam en productos y aplicaciones para  mecanizado de plásticos y materiales compuestos avanzados. Este acuerdo forma parte del desarrollo y crecimiento del proyecto Biesse.

Uniteam, a su vez, se beneficiará del reconocimiento y la visibilidad internacional de Biesse Group, aprovechando que esta compañía es uno de los principales actores de la escena mundial en términos de máquinas industriales.

Estas dos empresas están impulsadas ​​por los mismos valores fundamentales, que colocan la innovación y la tecnología en la base de cada proyecto, y consideran la investigación y el desarrollo como ingredientes esenciales para el crecimiento industrial. Tanto Biesse como Uniteam podrán emplear esta fusión para su beneficio, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la identidad individual y las características que las han llevado al éxito en sus respectivos sectores.
