Asamblea General Ordinaria 2016 del Gremi de Cuines, Banys i Reformes de Catalunya

El pasado martes día 24 de mayo se celebró, en la sede del gremio catalán, la Asamblea General Ordinaria.

Presidió el acto el presidente, Josep Lluís Gaspar Montañés, asistido por el secretario, Juan José López Ramón, el tesorero, Eloi Parent Rovira, y la directora del gremio, Maribel Torrents Moyano.

Se aprobó por unanimidad de los asistentes la candidatura de David Albert, de la empresa agremiada Refer-Home, S.L., como nuevo presidente de la entidad. David Albert, que ya formaba parte de la Junta Directiva en el anterior mandato, toma el relevo de Josep Lluís Gaspar, que ha ocupado el cargo de presidente en los últimos seis años.

También se incorporaron dos nuevos miembros a la Junta Directiva: Javier Martín, de la empresa agremiada Can Rial Construccions y Serveis, S.L., y Jose Luis Rivera, de la empresa agremiada neoforma Reforma y Rehabilitación, S.L.

En la asamblea se aprobaron las cuentas de 2015 y el presupuesto para este año 2016, y asimismo se realizó el resumen de todas las actuaciones realizadas durante el año 2015 y todas las previstas para este año.
