Whirlpool España: balance de 2015 y próximas novedades

Whirlpool Corporation reunió a su equipo comercial de toda España en Castelldefels (Barcelona), para hacer balance de 2015 y presentar las novedades para 2016.

Whirlpool reunió a todo su equipo comercial nacional (más de 60 personas) para hacer balance de 2015 y dar a conocer las novedades que la marca tiene preparadas de cara a este año, los pasados 10 y 11 de marzo. La reunión incluyó también un training de producto y el reparto de material de comunicación para que los asistentes pudieran conocer tanto las características técnicas como el funcionamiento de todos los aparatos presentados.

Como explica Roberto Grazioli, Senior Marketing Manager del Grupo Whirlpool en España, estos encuentros anuales son prioritarios para Whirlpool, ya que la formación de nuestro equipo comercial es esencial para transmitir al mercado los fantásticos beneficios de nuestras marcas y productos para el cliente. Creemos que debemos estar alineados para implementar nuestra estrategia comercial, que supone un gran valor añadido para nuestros productos, siempre enfocándonos en comunicarlos de la mejor forma a nuestros clientes y consumidores, añade.

Otros temas tratados en la jornada celebrada en la localidad barcelonesa de Castelldefels fueron los resultados de 2015, así como las nuevas estrategias de la empresa, el funcionamiento del servicio de atención al cliente, la logística y los recursos humanos.
