In February, the Eumabois Network offers Indiawood, an Indian exhibition dedicated to woodworking technology and components for the furniture industry.
The show is to be held at the International Exhibition Centre in Bangalore, from 25 to 29 February 2016.
In the past two decades, PDA Trade Fairs – Indiawood organizers – and EumaBois, in collaboration with exhibitors and visitors, have contributed to the development of the woodworking industry in India. Indiawood is also climbing the international ranking of industry exhibitions.
In the most recent events, the share of international visitors exceeded 59%. The ninth edition will provide visitors with a complete overview of all production stages across the supply chain. In 2014, more than 580 companies from 24 countries presented their products on an exhibition area of 38,000 square meters.
More than 32,000 visitors from 38 countries and 278 municipalities from 27 Indian states attended Indiawood 2014. According to the post-event survey, about 97% of exhibitors in 2014 were satisfied with business results.
In 2016, organizers are expecting over 40,000 trade visitors. The target categories include craftsmen, joiners and furniture makers, as well as distributors, resellers, hardware and accessory producers. architects and designers are also expected.
There are great expectations for visitors from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Malesia, Myanmar, Bhutan, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.
