Ikea recompensa a sus empleados en España

Ikea Ibérica repartirá 12,5 millones de euros extra entre sus empleados por alcanzar objetivos de negocio.

Ikea ha anunciado el reparto de más de 12,5 millones de euros extras entre su plantilla en España para agradecerle la consecución de los objetivos de negocio en el pasado ejercicio. En el periodo comprendido entre septiembre de 2014 y agosto 2015, último ejercicio fiscal completo para la compañía, Ikea registró un aumento del 10% en las ventas en España, alcanzando los 1.281 millones de euros de facturación.

La compensación se reparte dentro de los programas One Ikea Bonus y Tack!, de los que se benefician los empleados de la compañía independientemente del cargo o rango que ocupan dentro de ella.

One Ikea Bonus es un programa de bonus basado en el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de aplicación en cada uno de los países en los que opera Ikea con el único requisito de llevar trabajando en la compañía al menos seis meses ininterrumpidos y estar activo a cierre de cada ejercicio fiscal. Ikea ha destinado, en este caso, 9,8 millones de euros para compensar a sus empleados en España.

Por su parte, Tack!, que significa <i>gracias</i> en sueco, realiza aportaciones anuales a los planes de pensiones individuales de los empleados, una vez completado un periodo inicial de cinco años consecutivos trabajando en el Grupo y siempre que se alcancen los objetivos de resultados de la compañía a nivel mundial.

Todos los colaboradores/as a tiempo completo recibirán la misma cantidad independientemente del puesto y la responsabilidad que tengan mientras que los empleados a tiempo parcial recibirán una cantidad proporcional a las horas trabajadas. En este caso, Ikea ha repartido 2,8 millones de euros entre sus empleados en España. Con estas cifras, Ikea ha repartido un total de 23,5 millones de euros extra entre sus empleados en España desde que ambos programas se pusieron en marcha hace dos años.

Ikea cuenta actualmente en España con más de 7.250 empleados de 53 nacionalidades distintas, y ha registrado un aumento de plantilla del 18% en los últimos dos años.
