Enrique Pérez deja la presidencia de Anieme

Tras 16 años en el cargo, Enrique Pérez Tortosa se despedirá de la presidencia de Anieme el próximo 19 de junio en la Asamblea General de la entidad. Manuel Vidal Grau también deja su cargo como vicepresidente de la asociación.

Pérez Tortosa deja la presidencia tras una dilatada trayectoria de más de 16 años al frente de la Asociación, un tiempo durante el cual no ha cesado de trabajar en aras a una mayor proyección del mueble español en los mercados exteriores.

Entre los hitos más relevantes de su presidencia cabría destacar la consecución de la autofinanciación de la asociación, así como el haber logrado que la marca Mueble de España, bajo la que se integran todas las empresas exportadoras pertenecientes a la asociación, sea referente de variedad y calidad en todo el mundo. Además, durante su mandato, Pérez Tortosa también ha apostado por la transparencia, con la creación de figuras de control externo (censores) de la Junta Directiva.

En palabras de Pérez Tortosa, dejo el cargo con la satisfacción por el trabajo realizado y tras haber alcanzado todos los objetivos que me había marcado, tanto en lo personal como a nivel empresarial. Por ello, para el hasta ahora presidente de Anieme, es hora de dar paso a savia nueva que pueda afrontar nuevos retos en materia de internacionalización en un entorno cada vez más exigente y globalizado. 

Por su parte, el empresario valenciano Manuel Vidal Grau también deja su cargo como vicepresidente de Anieme. Manuel Vidal Grau es un miembro histórico de la asociación de exportadores, ya que, además de ser uno de sus fundadores, ha ocupado también la presidencia y vocalía de la asociación. Al igual que Pérez Tortosa, Vidal Grau considera: nuestra generación ha dado lo mejor de sí misma y creo que ya es hora de que tomen el relevo empresarios más jóvenes que emprendan nuevos proyectos y afronten nuevos desafíos.

La votación para la elección del nuevo presidente se realizará en la misma Asamblea General en la que se despedirá a Pérez Tortosa y Vidal Grau y que tendrá lugar el próximo 19 de junio.
