Silestone by Cosentino celebra su XXV aniversario con la publicación del recetario 25 años de cocina mítica española.

Silñestone presentó el pasado lunes el recetario <i>25 años de cocina mítica española</i>, un libro histórico que nace con la idea de convertirse en un importante símbolo dentro del vigesimoquinto aniversario de Silestone y que Grupo Cosentino, creador de la marca en 1990, está conmemorando durante todo el año 2015.

Esta publicación reúne a 25 prestigiosos chefs españoles, responsables del actual posicionamiento del liderazgo mundial que vive la cocina española, y que han colaborado en esta edición cediendo una receta mítica en sus respectivas trayectorias profesionales entre fogones. Estos cocineros son: Andoni Luis Aduriz, José Alvarez, José Andrés, Eva Arguiñano, Karlos Arguiñano, Sergi Arola, Eneko Atxa, Ricard Camarena, Quique Dacosta, Dani García, Álvaro Garrido, Diego Guerrero, Nandu Jubany, Angel León, Juan Antonio Medina, Marcos Morán, David Muñoz, Bruno Oteiza, Francis Paniego, Paco Pérez, Sergio Pérez, Ramón Sáez, Alejandro Sánchez, Juan Manuel Sánchez y Mario Sandoval.

A ellos se suma un interesante prólogo del periodista y crítico gastronómico José Carlos Capel y un emotivo epílogo del maestro Ferrán Adrià. Precisamente, en dicho epílogo, Adrià destaca que actualmente estamos recogiendo los frutos de todo el trabajo realizado, y esta publicación se convierte sin duda en un fiel de reflejo de esa reflexión.

Córdoba Califato Gourmet
La presentación de <i>25 años de cocina mítica española</i> tuvo lugar en el Círculo de la Amistad de Córdoba, con una rueda de prensa a la que acudieron profesionales de la hostelería y la restauración, así como diversos medios de comunicación especializados. La rueda de prensa corrió a cargo del director de marketing de Cosentino, Santiago Alfonso, y los cocineros Ángel León y Sergio Pérez.

Grupo Cosentino eligió este enclave andaluz para llevar a cabo la presentación debido a que será el mismo escenario en el que se celebrará, los próximos 28 y 29 de septiembre, la II edición de Córdoba Califato Gourmet, un evento del que Silestone será patrocinador y cuyo objetivo es potenciar el  mundo de la gastronomía como una fuente de calidad y creación de empleo.
