Cadena Elecco obtiene el Certificado de Registro como marca comunitaria: su nombre y logotipo corporativo, Elecco, son desde el pasado 16 de octubre marca de la UE.

Se pone fin a un largo camino que comenzó en diciembre de 2010, fecha en la que el entonces Grupo Coblanca, que posteriormente dio origen a Cadena Elecco, solicitó la baja en su anterior grupo (Segesa) e inició las gestiones para registrar la marca en el ámbito europeo, así como la andadura en solitario como grupo nacional en enero de 2011. Elecco ya era marca registrada en España desde al año 2003.

Cadena Elecco obtiene así la posibilidad de abrirse a otros países, a través de acuerdos con grupos de ámbito europeo o desarrollando directamente la enseña con algún asociado local, como puede ser el caso de Portugal.

El proyecto Elecco se verá reforzado a partir de enero con la incorporación y puesta en marcha de la comercialización de marcas propias para el grupo, marcas que aportarán un valor añadido, hoy necesario, para los puntos de venta especialistas en muebles de cocina.
