La Fundación Laboral de la Madera y el Mueble (FLMM) ha recibido más de 400 solicitudes de toda España para la obtención de la Tarjeta Profesional de la Construcción para la Madera y el Mueble (TPC)

Más de 400 solicitudes para la obtención de la Tarjeta Profesional de la Construcción para la Madera y el Mueble: este dato respalda la necesidad de la creación de una herramienta con estas características, en la que la Fundación continúa trabajando para mejorar aspectos como su difusión entre los trabajadores y empresarios del sector.

La FLMM, creada por la Confederación Española de Empresas de la Madera, (CONFEMADERA HÁBITAT), y las centrales sindicales Federación Estatal de la Construcción, Madera y Afines de CC.OO (FECOMA-CC.OO.) y la Federación de Industria de UGT (MCA-UGT), da cumplimiento de este modo a su plan de acción 2013, el cual tiene como pilares la formación, la prevención de riesgos laborales y la promoción del propio sector.

La Tarjeta Profesional de la Construcción para el sector, que se enmarca dentro de dicho plan, es una herramienta vinculada con la formación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales necesaria para acceder a la obra, que está a disposición de todos los trabajadores del sector de la madera y el mueble. Acredita la formación recibida en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, certifica el grupo profesional del titular, su experiencia en el sector y su cualificación profesional y facilita el acceso a los servicios de la Fundación Laboral de la Madera y el Mueble.

La TPC Madera y Mueble puede solicitarse en la delegación territorial de la FLMM donde el trabajador haya recibido la formación correspondiente, donde vaya a desempeñar su actividad o en las entidades con las que la Fundación haya suscrito un convenio de colaboración (organizaciones empresariales y sindicales de FECOMA-CC.OO. y MCA-UGT de ámbito territorial).

Es requisito imprescindible para obtenerla que se haya recibido alguno de los niveles de  formación contemplados en el Acuerdo sobre el Reglamento de la Tarjeta Profesional de la Construcción para la Madera y el Mueble: formación inicial (8 horas presenciales), formación específica de oficio (20 horas), o la dirigida a directivos, mandos intermedios, responsables y técnicos de ejecución de la actividad. Además, es válida durante 5 años con posibilidad de renovación. Los trabajadores en desempleo también pueden beneficiarse de la tarjeta, siempre que tengan acreditados al menos 30 días de alta en empresas del sector en el plazo de los 60 meses anteriores a la solicitud.
