AMC informa: convenio de colaboración con Conversia

AMC pone a disposición de sus miembros el asesoramiento y apoyo permanente de Conversia, una empresa especializada en la adaptación a distintas normativas, como la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal.
AMC ha firmado recientemente un convenio de colaboración con Conversia Consulting Group, empresa orientada a proporcionar, a PYMES, profesionales y todo tipo de entidades, servicios de adaptación a diversas normativas, mediante actuaciones especializadas de consultoría, asesoría jurídica, auditoría y formación.
El objetivo del acuerdo suscrito es promover la adecuación de los miembros de AMC a la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD) / Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE) / Ley 10/2010 de Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales y de la Financiación del Terrorismo (LPBC), así como proporcionarles el servicio de Prevención Penal Empresarial (PPE). Las mencionadas normativas son de obligado cumplimiento para todas aquellas empresas, profesionales y entidades que estén sujetos a las mismas. El incumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos en dichas leyes invalida y deslegitima la actividad de estos sujetos y los expone, de forma evidente, al riesgo de ser sancionados con importantes cuantías, inhabilitación, cese, etc., dependiendo de los casos y de la gravedad de la infracción cometida.
Por esta razón, AMC pone a disposición de sus miembros el asesoramiento y apoyo permanente de una empresa especializada como Conversia, cuyo cometido va a ser guiar a todos los miembros de este colectivo en el adecuado cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, para permitir que puedan operar con garantías en un entorno cada vez más regulado.
Como parte de dicho acuerdo suscrito, AMC ha encargado a Conversia una preauditoría totalmente gratuita para analizar y valorar el grado de cumplimiento de estas normativas de todos los miembros de nuestro colectivo.
