El restaurante Nihonryori RyuGin ha recibido el premio La Elección de los Chefs, patrocinado por Silestone, dentro de los galardones Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes de Asia.

Silestone ha patrocinado el premio La Elección de los Chefs, que ha sido otorgado al restaurante Nihonryori RyuGin del chef Seiji Yamamoto dentro de Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes del Mundo 2013 de Asia. Estos galardones, que celebran este año su primera edición, se enmarcan dentro de la prestigiosa lista de Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes del Mundo 2013. La puesta en marcha de la versión asiática de estos premios tiene la finalidad de poner en valor los restaurantes de todo el continente.

Gala Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes de Asia - Silestone

Organizados por la revista Restaurant, estos premios se configuran según las mismas reglas que la lista de Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes del Mundo; por consiguiente, el galardón patrocinado por Silestone fue elegido por los profesionales más conocidos y populares del mundo de la cocina. Rocío Arjona, Area Manager de Grupo Cosentino en el sudeste asiático, fue la encargada de hacer entrega de este reconocimiento al ganador durante una ceremonia celebrada el pasado 27 de febrero en el Marina Bay Sands de Singapur.

Silestone estuvo presente en la gala con diversas bandejas de diferentes colores que fueron utilizadas por la organización para servir comida a los invitados, quienes a su vez fueron obsequiados con un juego de posavasos elaborado también en Silestone. La ceremonia, que contó con la presencia de los mejores chefs de la cocina asiática, supone una antesala a la gran cita del próximo 29 de abril, fecha en la que se darán a conocer Los 50 Mejores Restaurantes del Mundo 2013 en el emblemático edificio Guildhall de Londres. Esta es la tercera ocasión en la que Silestone es patrocinador de esta destacada  lista, y la segunda vez que patrocina el premio La Elección de los Chefs, recaído en 2012 en el restaurante español Mugaritz de Andoni Luis Aduriz.
