El Grupo MHK ha constituido una nueva asociación para los comercios especializados de cocinas con un volumen de facturación de 2 a 10 millones de euros y una superficie de exposición de más de 1.000 metros cuadrados.

Con este nuevo consorcio, el Grupo MHK pretende aportar a los negocios  sociados las sinergias de la comunidad: además de las ventajas en la compra, los socios también van a poder aprovecharse de las sinergias de la economía de empresa y de los servicios financieros. Entre otras cosas también será posible utilizar las ventajas en el ámbito del marketing y la publicidad.
 
La nueva asociación comercial está dirigida por una gestora con mucha experiencia. Además de los directivos de MHK y del Director Hans Strothoff, Werner Heilos y Donald Schieren, Holger Keie completará el equipo de directivos. Keie es un conocedor del sector con mucha experiencia y desde hace años dirige con mucho éxito comercios especializados de cocinas en la región de Rin-Meno.

El grupo comienza desde el principio, con un gran número de socios que disponen de un volumen de facturación considerable y mucho know-how, como es el caso de comercios especializados de cocinas conocidos como Küchen Keie, Heusenstamm o Küchen Meyer. 
 
Hans Strothoff está convencido de que cada uno de los 2.100 socios europeos d eMHK podrán aprovecharse del nuevo consorcio dentro del grupo MHK. No en vano, Strothoff planea que, además de unas condiciones de compra y precios mejorados, a corto plazo los socios podrán disfrutar de nuevas posibilidades de crecimiento adicionales en conexión con nuevos conceptos de comercialización.
