El proyecto Diseño y fabricación de recipientes óptimos para calentamiento de inducción fue premiado el pasado 23 de enero por la VI Cumbre Internacional de Gastronomía Madrid Fusión 2008.

El pasado 23 de enero tuvo lugar la entrega de premios al diseño e innovación tecnológica otorgados por la más prestigiosa cumbre de la gastronomía internacional, “Madrid Fusión”, en el Palacio Municipal de Congresos del Campos de las Naciones de Madrid.

El Presidente Ejecutivo de IFEMA, Luis Eduardo Cortés, fue el encargado de hacer entrega a Jesús Acero, profesor de la Universidad de Zaragoza y uno de los autores del proyecto “Diseño y fabricación de recipientes óptimos para calentamiento de inducción” , el premio por su contribución a la innovación tecnológica en el campo de los recipientes de cocina.

Por parte del grupo BSH, estuvo acompañado en esta ocasión de Fernando Monterde, Director de Tecnología de Inducción y Emy Bagüés, Directora de Comunicación Corporativa. Si la facilidad de limpieza, la rapidez, la seguridad o el mayor respeto por el Medio Ambiente son ya importantes ventajas de las encimeras de inducción, producto desarrollado de manera pionera y conjuntamente por BSH y la Universidad, las mejoras propuestas por estos nuevos recipientes con propiedades inductivas óptimas permitirían dar un paso más en la cocina, hecho que ha sido motivo de este reconocimiento.

El galardón, concedido por la revista Dirigentes, fue recogido por el Subdirector General del Área Técnica de BSH, Víctor Calvín, de manos del Ministro de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, Joan Clos.

El Ministro de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, Joan Clos, entregó el pasado 2 de julio, en el hotel Ritz de Madrid, los galardones correspondientes a la XIII edición de los premios a la Excelencia Empresarial, que anualmente concede la revista Dirigentes como reconocimiento al mérito y calidad en la gestión empresarial en los distintos ámbitos de actividad.

Doce empresas e instituciones modélicas, entre las que se encontraba BSH Electrodomésticos España, S.A., resultaron premiadas este año por sus excelentes estrategias, su eficacia y sus buenos resultados, tal y como destacó durante su intervención el Presidente del Grupo Dirigentes, Victorio Merino, quien afirmó que las compañías laureadas son un referente a seguir por su trayectoria consolidada y su capacidad de innovación.
