Activa Distribució y Unelco se fusionan

Las plataformas de Activa Cataluña y Unelco-Activa, pertenecientes a la agrupación nacional Activa Hogar, comenzarán una nueva etapa conjunta a partir del 1 de octubre de 2012.

Activa Cataluña (Santa Oliva, Tarragona) y Unelco (Masalavés, Valencia) firmaron el pasado 20 de septiembre el acuerdo de su fusión, con el fin de optimizar la actividad logística y comercial del area noreste (Aragón, Andorra, Cataluña, Baleares, Albacete, Comunidad  Valenciana y Murcia) del grupo Activa.

 

 
Esta nueva etapa conjunta es el resultado del importante esfuerzo de negociación realizado durante los últimos meses con la finalidad de construir una empresa de referencia tanto para el sector de electrodomésticos como para otros modelos de negocio. Entre las dos sociedades suman 11.000 metros cuadrados de planta logística y oficinas para dar servicio a los puntos de venta asociados.
 
Desde el Grupo Activa se asegura que esta fusión inaugura una nueva etapa de trabajo y exito: la implantación de nuevas herramientas  y optimización de procesos y estructuras garantizará mejoras comerciales y de servicio para la parte fundamental de nuestro negocio, los puntos de venta– han declarado fuentes de la compañía.
