El servicio de BSH al cliente recibe el premio Madrid Excelente

BSH Electrodomésticos España ha sido galardonada en la VI edición de los Premios Madrid Excelente a la Confianza de los Clientes.

El grupo es el primero del sector de gama blanca en obtener este premio, que ha sido posible gracias al excelente trabajo realizado por el equipo del Servicio BSH al Cliente en esta comunidad autónoma. Su actuación demuestra el empeño de BSH en ofrecer a sus usuarios y clientes un servicio exquisito y supone un paso más en la consecución de ser el mejor Servicio al Cliente del sector en España.

En este sentido, la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Esperanza Aguirre, destacó en la entrega de los premios, celebrada el 29 de mayo, que lo que necesita España para salir de la crisis es el esfuerzo y el trabajo de los empresarios como los galardonados.

El objetivo de Madrid Excelente es fomentar la competitividad del tejido empresarial. Por eso no se fija en un producto o servicio, sino que el jurado analiza la calidad global de la gestión de las empresas. Observa con lupa sus actuaciones en innovación y mejora constante, la responsabilidad social, la satisfacción de las personas y la contribución activa al desarrollo económico y social de la región.
