Los socios de Fagor aprueban un nuevo ajuste de anticipos

Los asociados de las cooperativas pertenecientes al Grupo comarcal Fagor han apoyado mayoritariamente la propuesta de ajuste de anticipos que ha sido presentada en sus respectivas Asambleas.

El resultado del acuerdo fue apoyado por un 76% de los socios. En la práctica, esta medida significa que los socios de las cooperativas de Fagor (excepto Fagor Electrodomésticos y Fagor Electrónica) tendrán una reducción de anticipos en el entorno del 5% entre mayo 2012 y abril de 2013. Este esfuerzo solidario por parte de las cooperativas del grupo supone una ayuda económica extraordinaria para que Fagor Electrodomésticos y Fagor Electrónica puedan hacer frente a la crisis, siendo estas las cooperativas que peor lo están pasando en estos momentos. En estas dos últimas cooperativas el ajuste será mayor y supondrá una reducción del 7,57% de sus salarios respecto al año anterior para los socios de Fagor Electrodomésticos y un 8,81% para los de Fagor Electrónica; medidas aprobadas en asamblea con una adhesión del 90% de los socios en la primera y un 87% en la segunda.

El esfuerzo que realizarán los 6.250 socios del grupo es un buen ejemplo de la manera en que el grupo cooperativo afronta la difícil situación coyuntural en la que se ven inmersas algunas de sus empresas, poniendo en juego mecanismos de solidaridad para la defensa del empleo y la actividad económica de las mismas.

Fabián Bilbao, director General de Fagor afirma: ‘La solidaridad está en lo más hondo de nuestra filosofía cooperativa, y esto es una muestra más de ello. Los mecanismos de solidaridad que se vienen aplicando en los últimos años responden al ejercicio más genuino de aplicación de los valores cooperativos a la difícil situación que viven algunos sectores industriales, entre ellos el de los electrodomésticos de línea blanca’. Los socios del Grupo Fagor han hecho un nuevo ejercicio de sentido común, responsabilidad y solidaridad en unos momentos particularmente delicados ante la crisis.
