La compañía ha recibido el premio a la Mejor Iniciativa Logística Intermodal del País Vasco.

Fagor Electrodomésticos ha recibido el Premio Transmodal 2012 a la Mejor Iniciativa Logística Intermodal del País Vasco. La organización ha reconocido su carácter innovador así como su fuerte apuesta por la gestión de la logística como elemento estratégico para el negocio.


 
El galardón ha sido otorgado en el contexto de la quinta edición del Foro de Logística Intermodal Transmodal 2012 que se celebró ayer en Vitoria y que organiza cada año la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Álava junto con el Puerto de Bilbao como punto de encuentro para profesionales del sector.
 
Kepa Unzilla, Director de Servicios del Grupo Fagor Electrodomésticos, fue el encargado de recoger el premio de la mano de Eduardo Mozo de Rosales, Secretario General – Director de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Álava.
 
La compañía cuenta con un centro logístico de 75.000m2 en Vitoria, donde se optimizan los movimientos de producto entre las distintas plantas productivas –ubicadas en el País Vasco- , y la distribución a los clientes, tanto nacionales como internacionales. En este sentido, su experiencia de más de 50 años y su trayectoria en el sector de la logística, han hecho a Fagor Electrodomésticos merecedor de este premio.
